General Terms
By using the VavSMS platform, you agree to use temporary virtual numbers for SMS verification purposes only. The service may only be used for lawful purposes.
Account Creation and Security
You must create an account with a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activities under your account.
2.1. Account Rules
- Each user may create only one account.
- Accounts may not be created using automated methods (bots).
- Accounts may not be shared.
2.2. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time via the panel or by submitting a support request.
2.3. Account Suspension
VavSMS reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate the rules without prior notice.
Service Usage Rules
- Purchased numbers may only be used for verification purposes.
- If no SMS is received or an order is canceled, the balance is refunded.
- The service may not be used for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Certain senders and keywords are blacklisted.
- Paid subscription services are not allowed.
- VavSMS only provides numbers and codes.
- Accounts inactive for over 1 year will be deleted without refund.
Payments and Refund Policy
- All payments are made via cryptocurrency and are non-refundable.
- No refunds for used or remaining balance.
- No refunds for blocked or previously used numbers.
- No refunds for rental number services.
- No refunds for API usage errors.
- No refunds after 7 days.
